Stephen has been working in the IT industry since 2010, mainly as a self-employed support tech. He possesses a PC Support Specialist diploma and Comptia + certifications, along with commercial liability insurance and a full set of tech tools and certify testers. He is available for travel and remote work. He developed a roster of small business and residential clients that he supported daily for over 5 years. Recently he has concentrated on small business IT needs consultation and Smart Hands project work. He has been involved in IMACs and remediation projects all over North America for clients such as Cintas, Coca Cola, Salesforce, Pepsi, BP OIl, Open Hydro, and Royal Bank, among others. Previous career experience in law enforcement, telecommunications, transportation/logistics, event management, tourism and retail environments provide a diversified skill set and knowledge base.
